Business Development Representative
The Business Development Representativewill be the first point of contact for prospective customers, responsible for proactively identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with our Sales and Product teams to deliver a pipeline of qualified leads and help us drive revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone with an engineering background looking to start a career in sales or business development, with ample room to grow as you master our products and learn the ins and outs of the industry.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Research and identify new market opportunities and potential clients within industries such as manufacturing, automation, and industrial technology.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate leads and build a robust pipeline.
- Proactively generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions in Salesforce, continuously nurturing relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns.
- Track and report on business development activities and progress toward goals.

Preferred Qualifications
- Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting technical individual, looking to start and advance a career in manufacturing, 3D printing or industrial equipment.
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value for customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage with new contacts regularly.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business development, sales,or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus) and sales pipeline management.
- Comfortable in working in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
